R to @jamescodez: Determinism helps a lot on agents with direct and straightforward tasks. I built an RAG and wanted to be flamboyant, created an agent with temp 0 for retrieval which feeds information to another OpenAi chain. Reduces hallucination drastically.

A lot of people will tell you going to FAANG will kill your startup potential It’s actually the opposite 1. Go to FAANG right after grad 2. Build an internal tool that solves a problem 3. If it generates lots of revenue, leave the company and build it on your own I’ve seen lots of successful origin stories that are just this
