Eg. ‘Checklist before signing apartment lease’ (70/mo with low comp), but for thousands of legal document types. ‘Checklist before signing X’. Then I would create a template page that includes some demo version of your tool on the same page as the article—in the above example, people search for a certain checklist, land on your full length SEO article about what to check, then at the top it has a free tool for ‘Upload your agreement’ which creates a personalized checklist for them instead. Only need to find a few of these template formats for it to generate a lot of relevant, targeted traffic. - Checklist before signing X - Questions to ask before legal thing/appointment Y - etc.

"Some legal drama is fine as it is, for others, detangle it..."
