R to @lml_mitesh: Not huge on Fiverr since it's so hit or miss. I'd reach out to people in the community who are eager to take on jobs and grow their brand. @hatch2k3 is one that I've met who is constantly plugging away at projects and building his portfolio!

R to @lml_mitesh: At least on upwork they track time. That said, I had a very experienced developer (famous actually) try to scam me by running a macro to run up the clock in the time tracker. I ended up getting a huge credit from Upwork and played whack a mole getting the dev out of the server for a day or two. Made me feel like a legend for figuring out how he’d gained persistence and giving him the boot for good. Anyway, move on from your guy.
