R to @levelsio: Sounds very real

R to @EliteExcellente: The girl blocking you is the biggest compliment you can get

R to @gijsheerkens: Got to be a focus on a lot of protein - highest thermic effect

R to @Rob_NBF: Good actually, trying out Ray Peat which focuses primarily on keeping the metabolic rate high

RT by @gijsheerkens: When people say things like “I wish I had more time” or “I wish I had more money” what they really mean is “I wish I had more energy.” Funny to worry about anything before energy. Time and money are downstream of energy.

R to @gijsheerkens: Cafè*

R to @gijsheerkens: How is nutrition going at the moment?

R to @Rob_NBF: Like 5 or 6 so far 😂

R to @cambridge_pt: That’s what I mean

R to @gijsheerkens: Feels good, not brutal at all😂

R to @cambridge_pt: Brutal

R to @AllyTransforms: Ditto on high fat carnivore.

R to @gijsheerkens: A couple of hours after eating, I'm like a furnace. Before eating I have to wrap up a bit more.

PASSPORT PHOTOS AROUND THE WORLD – TAILORED REQUIREMENTS FOR EVERY COUNTRY 🌍 👉🏻 http://rostro.io/documents With Rostro (beta), I'm taking what I started in 2009 in Netherlands and providing a global passport photo service service to the world. This new project comes with some technical challenges. Countries have different requirements. Documents need different types of photos. People are speaking different languages. To come up with a solution to target billions of people, I built a new site section covering all documents that require a passport photo around the world. Using programmatic SEO, I created dynamic landing pages to target niche audiences and specific search terms. This enables users to land directly on the page they need. Whether they're searching for "Japan passport photo dimensions" or "Canadian visa photo background color", the landing pages are optimized to guide them straight to the answers. When you apply the country filter on the document section page, relevant documents are filtered (see header image). From there, document pages can be accessed. The page provides generic information about the document and country, outlines specific requirements that apply, and of course, includes a button to start making a photo. But how to incorporate country selection into a button? As you may have noticed, the button contains a flag. This flag represents the country you want to make a passport photo for. If you click the button and take a photo, it is checked for the specified country's requirements right away. This flag changes with the prior country selection, and can also be changed manually by clicking on it. 👉🏻 http://rostro.io/documents

R to @AllyTransforms: Just curious, what’s your body temperature like?

R to @gijsheerkens: No.

R to @Mangan150: Isn’t that because metabolism shuts down when you burn fat, and are in a calorie deficit, all the time?

R to @gijsheerkens: Interesting. What’s the solution? 🙈 (apart from don’t take stress)
