R to @Raudaschl: Sorry to hear that. I’m thinking of revamping the process of recording during the next few weeks, so it first transcribes what you say and then later rewrites it. I’m hoping this will solve most of the issues you’re experiencing.

R to @JamieDotSt: Unfortunately, I’ve lost quite a few recordings before the transcription starts. The save recording feature doesn’t seem to work either when it fails. It’s the main problem that gives me hesitation to use it.

That said, I’ve made some changes to better see what’s happening when things go wrong and added a possible fix. Could you try again and let me know if it works better now?

R to @JamieDotSt: I can't find a way to upload a file that I've previously recorded elsewhere. That would at least save me the frustration of having to start again and again with a text. Unfortunately, the text is not uploaded. Is there a solution for this?

R to @JamieDotSt: This happens so often that I have already switched again and am also a bit annoyed that I keep getting this error message here. I have an annual subscription and would be really happy if there was some trick I could do to prevent this when I upload my texts.

R to @JamieDotSt: Hello, I bought the Unlimited version and am very frustrated. Unfortunately, it is only possible in rare cases to enter a voice memo the first time so that it is uploaded. Most of the time I get the error: uploading was not possible.
