Ok, guys, apparently my wife has a technical problem that’s never been seen in the history of the internet. She uses @Shopify for her website, @TailorBrands where she purchased her domain, and the domain-branded email is via @Google For 9 months we’ve reached out to all of these companies, because when someone fills out a comment card on her Shopify site, it does NOT make it to her email. Used to. Stopped at the beginning g of this year. And the “tech support” for these 3 massive, technology companies cannot seem to figure out why. She gets texts from people saying they asked a question via the comment card and never got a response. She never gets the email. Spent hours with tech support for all 3 of these companies and no issue on the backend is found. There’s no technological solution, apparently, of why an e-mail is not showing up. My wife should be in the book of world records for this ever seen before, unfixable, money losing issue.
