R to @immadiuttej: 1. Stay away from @Flipkart . They cheat 100s of its customers daily. Don't buy anything from them. 2. But Electronics and Gadgets from nearby shops. Atleast they will help in installation getting the products repaired in case it has issues.

RT by @shaktisam2521: Last week has been tough. @Flipkart and @nothing have made a mockery of the situation. 10 days back, I bought the nothing phone 2 and it turns out that there's a very specific problem in my device where there's patches visible when seen in a dark room. I've visited 2 service centres in Hyderabad to get the device replaced and they are straight up telling me that the issue doesn't exist when all the customers who visited are confirming the issue exists. Because the people at the service centre weren't helpful, I've mailed the nothing team, the video showing the problem and they too claim that there's no issue. What I'm not able to understand is why there's a problem in replacing a defective unit with a new unit. The phone only got delivered a few days ago. I'd understand if it was months or years old but the device isn't even 7 days old. That's a big problem. The customer orders the phone online, the phone gets delivered to the customer's place. But when there's a problem, the customer needs to visit the service centre which is often very far for newer companies and then they get to decide if there's an issue or not. If they deem the issue doesn't exist, then the customer is left without any resolution and nowhere to go. This whole process needs some rethinking. I've called flipkart a 100 times, explained them the issue and still they don't seem to have a resolution. They exclusively sell the nothing phone on their platform but can't help the customer out when there's an issue. It's always, "We don't have the authority to do this". I wanted to support Nothing and their vision and that was the only reason why I bought 2 nothing phone 2's, one for my brother and one for myself, but this isn't the service I expected. People of Twitter(X), please check the video I've recorded showing the patches/lines and tell me that you can't see the patches on the phone. @getpeid, Whose responsibility is it to solve the issue that the customer has? #CustomerService #BigBillionDays #Flipkart #Nothing

R to @arusheehee: I kinda disagree with this though. Being there for someone you like isn't a bad thing. You never know what they might be going through. The best thing would be to be there for them but have no expectations from them. That way, you can live your life while also not abandoning them completely.
