R to @GDB3250: Yes, if your desktop computer is a Macbook. If you're on Windows, the 2nd device has to be either a phone or tablet. It's fully HIPAA compliant regardless of the platform.

R to @UphealAI: I had to do in that system and then had to put it into another for billing. So it was like double duty. But this was in beta so it’s probably way better now.

R to @UphealAI: I tried it before and it wasn’t for me. But maybe they upgraded it . They definitely didn’t have this zoom feature so I may try it again

R to @UphealAI: This is how it works: 1. You start your telehealth session on the computer. 2. Launch the Upheal Audio recorder on a second device (phone or a tablet), and that's it. Always with the client's consent, of course.

R to @GDB3250: There is a way to integrate! Maybe not directly but the workaround is quite simple. We now have an Audio recorder feature that easily captures virtual sessions from closed telehealth systems (like Simple Practice) as well as in-person.
