This #flowofthemonth is very special: I taught the Inside Flow to the song “One Day” by Matisyahu at the Mallorca Fundamental Teacher Training with so many great people – when one student asked for the microphone. She shared a very touching story – and in the end she sang along with the song for the final rounds. EVERYONE had goosebumps, tears, grateful smiles... The energy was unbelievable.
