🤤Negroni Marshmallows, excellent garnish for your signature cocktails⠀ ⠀ Are you a marshmallow lover and want to make them with the flavor of your favorite cocktail? no problem, just follow this simple recipe 👇⠀ ⠀ 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:⠀ ⠀ - 160 g Sugar⠀ - 40 g Water⠀ - 13 g Gelatin Sheets⠀ - 80 g Negroni Cocktail (gin, bitter, vermouth rosso)⠀ - cornstarch and powdered sugar⠀ ⠀ 𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗗:⠀ ⠀ 1. let's hydrate the gelatin sheets by soaking them in cold water⠀ 2. in the meantime, dissolve 160 g of sugar with 40 g of water in a saucepan⠀ 3.
