Château Ducru-Beaucaillou 1986, 2ème #grandcruclassé , #saintjulien 🇫🇷 🍇 #cabernetsauvignon ,#merlot | BoB +💯 📝 we opened this wonderful bottle past weekend thanks to my good friend Hanns Jochen, a Château release out of Bruno Eugène Borie personal cellar as a gift because the previous was a corked bottle, we met him in Eltville ℹ this was a new bottle with a new label and a new cork, it was recorked at the Château just the wine was from 1986, the cork was labelled “DB 1986” 🍷 we served it right away and there was a beautiful garnet red with light lilac reflexions, an opulent bouquet of blackberries and wild strawberries, astonishing fruitiness and the aroma was wholesome, silky tannins, perfect body and great structure, complex and light sweet melodiousness, very elegant wood notes, this was the best Ducru-Beaucaillou 1986 I ever had, thanks to Hanns Jochen and Bruno Eugène Borie 🙏🏼 #redwine #redwinelover #winetasting #winereview #winenotes #winerytime #ducrubeaucaillou1986 #ducrubeaucaillou #bestofbordeaux #bordeaux #bordeauxwine
