Hello, hello friends! I am sorry for my delay in posting… I have been living life as a busy mama of three beautiful babies, running two businesses and life has gotten crazy but I am always grateful for the *amazing* chaos! Lol. I have decided to get back to basics of tracking, eating my post WLS meal plan and working out 5 days a week minimum which I’m slightly intimidated about but also excited about! I have been able to maintain my weight now almost 4. YEARS since my surgery… how has it been that long?! As of today I am 120LBS but I want to feel stronger, better and am excited about learning more about how to take better care of my body! But I have to comment in on that 4 years in I still struggle with eating, body dysmorphia, anxiety with eating… I am a work in progress and I have learned it takes years to unravel that… thanks for being here. Thanks for following my journey…. I check in and out when my family needs my focus but I’m grateful for you that are here with me. I am posting to show the up keep down the road from surgery, the moments after the scale and non scale victories.. the aftermath of the surgery and life beyond the first couple years and the balance of being grateful but also being mindful of how much it can change you’re life.
