Lost as newly found .. . The majority of my clients and students report feeling completely lost at least once in their life. This is not a level of simple confusion or disorientation due to a severe life’s stress. . It’s about our dreams crushing loudly after pushing for a while with all of our being. It’s about feeling completely powerless in the face of the unknown. It’s the emptiness that brings loneliness, separation, and devastation. . We are used to fear those things that we can’t control. And when moments like that arise, we feel completely separated from the world, Great Spirit, and most importantly, ourselves. . But we truly underestimate the power that such experiences offer. Sometimes, we stay true to the wrong mindset or patterns for way too long. And refuse to see any other path that we can potentially take. So life breaks us down to help us turn away from the old ways for good. . Feeling completely lost can become the moment of great reboot. The moment to start expending much further with the spaciousness that this emptiness offers. This is a perfect opportunity to shift our life in a completely new direction. . If we have faith, not by what we say, but what we truly feel inside, we can never fear what’s coming. With feeling lost, many new opportunities emerge that we wouldn’t have looked at if we were still on the old course. . Next time we reach this uncomfortable feeling, remember that many new paths are already showing up in front of us as we continue taking one step at a time. Let’s keep an open mind, trust our own mission, and have faith that this experience will bring unexpected, but absolutely marvelous new beginnings.
