Think all the little things you do each day don’t matter? It can feel that way but I was reminded recently while reading Habits of the Household by Justin Whitney Earley that: 💗”Our routines become who we are, become the story and culture of our families.”💗 My habits, or routines, don’t just impact me but my children and family and generations to come tbh. The things that I do and say on a regular basis become what my children will view as NORMAL. And what I do and say (and especially what I DO) has an impact on what they do and say.. which carries on for generations. I want my children to see me in God’s Word daily, not just talk about how I think that is important. I want them to see me love others, not just talk about it. I want them to see the fruits of the Spirit on display in me every single day even on days that don’t feel so fruitful. But I know the secret sauce is being and staying connected with the Lord because you know I can’t do those things on my own! And today is a day to start fresh and refocus priorities! Let’s do this!
