Barbie Doll Aura Conscious – this painting represents the iconic Barbie brand company and the doll. "Barbie" herself represents many types of women and girls as they grow up. She has had a huge influence for women on how to look and how to be. She is sweet, she is pretty, she is skinny, and she is always happy. I was curious to discover whether the energy within the Barbie held the same resonance and where it feels like this is true as represented by the lighter pastoral areas, in block work at the top left of the image. In the bottom right of the image Barbie sits within a field of greyness. A beautiful greyness, nevertheless.
