First one for the books 🫶🏼🎀 • • Putting this below for the people who wanna read but boy lemme tell you what a whole journey this was. Last year, i got a coach in july and went into prep from july-sept but had to pull out and eventually went back to training on my own at the end of December. I still had the idea of competing on my mind, just it wasn’t the right time for me, so i then made a plan for myself. “Gonna bulk to grow and maintain that for a bit, then prep starts on March 20th for my first bodybuilding show at summer shredding in July no matter where i am at in my life.” No prep coach. No posing coach. Just me and my work ethic. The lessons that I’ve learned about myself throughout this prep all mentally, physically, and emotionally will only come to help me in my future and I’m excited to see where that’s going to lead to and then be able to show you all even more of what i already know and even maybe something new.
