An omakase restaurant where the whole course is made of eel!😮 Nutritious and delicious; this restaurant in Hapjeong area owned by a chef who is actually serving you all the food was a big surprise for me — I did not expect that you can make so many various dishes out of eel? With the first scoop of the omelette I was quite struck with the softness and the original Japanese flavor and scent of the dish. The rest of the course menus were more Korean-Japanese fusion but also extraordinary. Highly recommend to get a non-alcohol cocktail that’ll give you that refreshing feeling you’ll seek after the thick taste of eel. 📍Madam Pungcheon (마담 풍천) Hapjeong 서울 마포구 독막로6길 8 — Ресторан омакасе, где все блюда приготовлены из угря!😮 Питательно и вкусно; этот ресторан в районе Хапджон, принадлежащий шефу, который готовит и подает вам еду, был для меня открытием — я не ожидала, что можно приготовить столько различных блюд из угря? С первой ложкой омлета я была поражена нежностью и настоящим японским вкусом и запахом блюда. Остальные блюда были больше корейско-японским фьюжном, но тоже исключительными.
