Good morning! How am I doing? I’m quite happy in maintenance! For me the last year of maintenance has been very easy. I’ve struggled my whole journey to get here and I was always told maintaining was the hardest part, which was disappointing. I’ve been holding steady between 175-178 depending on the day. I no longer stress the scale but I do check weekly to see where I’m at. I eat basically whatever I want with still lots of restriction. I listen to my body and don’t push the limits.
