✨Lunch✨ This is kind of a big deal, which is why I’m posting about it. I’m sure I’m not alone with what I’m about to say either. I don’t really make myself meals anymore. I know that sounds weird but I eat so little now that I’ve gotten into a BAD (I know) habit of not making myself meals. I’ll eat the kids left overs or a little bite of what I made for them. I’m working on making my nutrition a priority again, not for weight loss purposes but for my health. Am I able to finish all of this? Yes. But not in one swoop. I will have to take a break and come back to it. Now let me clarify, I eat. Oh I eat 😂 But it’s not necessary healthy. I’m not sure how I’ve maintained my weight loss to be 100% honest. It’s got to be all bc of calorie restriction. I still have a lot of restriction! I’ll be 2 years since my revision to bypass in November. It’s kind of funny when I think about it because I worked my ass off after VSG and having had baby after wls with diet and exercise to lose 49lbs. Of course then I had to go and get knocked up again and ruin it all!
