TODAY WAS DAY 4/5 of FASTING ! 75% complete but tbh I most likely will go longer than 5 days. The same way we have to maintain a vehicle so it can run well is the same way you have to be with your body. Your body is your temple. Treat it like so and with respect because if you violate nature, nature will violate you. If you consume toxic foods then you will be consumed. Fasting allows our bodies to relax and relaxation is a major key to healing. You can heal yourself if you go about it the right way!! Nature>Big Harma This is what I did today fam all I had was some mangos, pineapple, and coocnut water. I got my packages out, I worked out twice, played a random in a pick up game of ball, and took these videos but my memory was acting up thats why im posting so late. Just keeping yall updated!
