Can you take a moment to reflect on who you truly are? The 'you' that feels most like 'you'? If you ask yourself this question seriously, you will find that no thought, no feeling, or concept can describe who you truly are, You will find that the true you has witnessed all these phenomena yet remains untainted by It, Even your deepest traumas and affiliations, they all remain at the persona level, whereas there is always a deeper presence that is transcendent to all these elements, If you can relax back into that state of pure beingness, the persona and all Its agitations will start losing Its hypnotic power over you, This doesn't mean that your feelings and thoughts will simply vanish. True being is always there and can be accessed even in the midst of an occupied mind.
