These pork tomahawks we cooked in Texas at @alfrugoni’s place were absolutely incredible! I stopped at the local @heb and couldn’t believe they just had these readily available at their butcher counter! This cook was supposed to be a collab with @cook_it_outside and myself. But, I can’t front…he essentially took over and rocked these! Awesome job, my brother! Seasoned them with @blazingstarbbq Reaper, and hung them on the @tagwoodbbq cook table/Santa Maria. Then seared them hot and fast directly over the brasero! Al, as always, thank you for inviting us to your home and being an incredible host! Until next time fam…😎🍻 . . 🎶Bops Going Brazy - Tyga/Vanilla Ice Rmx . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #adventuresofafatguy #AOAFG #tomahawk #porktomahawk #amateurphotography #foodporn #foodie #foodpornstar #stickburner #bbq #bbqporn #forkyeah #lickyourphone #foodiesofinstagram #livefirecooking #livefire #openfirecooking #openfire #foodfusion #craftbeer #beerporn #texas #austin #whenintexas
