Dhyaan, कर्म, Kriya, Bhakti 🧘‍♂️- if you relate with any of these 4, fir maano meri and consider visiting Isha Yoga Centre & Adiyogi, nestled in the footsteps of Velliangiri Hills Coimbatore. In fact I would suggest ghar walo ke sath bhi aap ja sakte ho, parents would enjoy the divine experience, this place offers. Air/Train Connectivity is pretty good from different cities to Coimbatore aur waha se you can book a cab which takes around 90 mins to reach the ashram. I was there for a Creator’s Retreat last month & right from the go, there was so much to explore, learn and imbibe. Taking a holy dip in Suryakund’s chilling water, Meditating in Dhyanlinga with hundreds of people in absolute pin drop silence, Learning Suryakriya (without any yoga experience, my body did cry the first night 😅), Eating a well balanced traditional meal (curd rice se pyaar kara diya inhone) and numerous field visits to Isha’s projects/schools. If you aren’t aware Isha has 3 schools currently running - 📚Isha Home School - A boarding school with kids from all across India & abroad 📚 Isha Sanskriti- Kids who pursue art forms as their career, get enrolled at the age of 7-8 only (imagine the clarity they have, some of us like me figure out our paths after passing college 🙈) 📚 Isha Vidya- School for underprivileged kids, just letting you know a 6th std girl there discussed ChatGPT with us ! There’s Isha Organic Farm championing the Save Soil Movement, Isha Goushala - an endeavour to protect native breeds (met Bhola there 🐄), Isha Life store with artefacts done by local artisans & sustainable products and I can go on listing so many things 😀 Overall, I had one of my best 4 days of life with this beautiful beautiful experience.
