What a weekend! On Saturday I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in Men’s Physique and Classic Physique. A truly awesome experience. I went in with zero expectations and a mindset to focus on enjoying the journey and being present in the moments knowing that all the time, effort and sacrifice of the last few months has led to this. All the competitors I was fortunate enough to share the stage with brought some really impressive physiques of which they all should be extremely proud. One of the best aspects of the experience is that I was able to meet some really great people and look forward to continued friendship. Ultimately I was blessed to walk away with 1st place in my class for Classic Physique and 1st place in my class for Men’s Physique, as well as being awarded the title of Overall Champion in my class. Faced off against some impressive warriors including @jhuey_4 Huge thanks to all my friends and family who came out to support. Really means the world. Thank you to @musclecontest for running such a top notch competition. Very impressed. And a HUGE, thank you to my brother in iron, my coach @apexhp for guiding me through this process and putting soooo much time and effort into making sure I brought the best package possible.
