You can expect discounts of 50% or more! Every outlet offers a mix of furniture, decorative accents, wallpaper and textiles. The pieces you’ll find in the outlets include first-quality overstock items, second quality items and photography samples. So be sure to inspect each item carefully before purchasing since all sales are final. All purchases must be made via credit card - cash is not accepted. Items must be taken at the time of purchase, and the outlets do not offer shipping or delivery services. All transportation and loading of items is the customer’s responsibility. Additional Serena & Lily outlet shopping tips: ▫️Get there early in the day! Oftentimes a line forms outside before the doors even open and trust me, the good stuff goes fast! ▫️Make note of the location’s hours that you plan to visit. All locations are closed on Mondays, and two are also closed on Tuesdays. ▫️For the best selection, the most ideal day to go is early in the week. On the days that each location is closed, they are restocking inventory - so Tuesday or Wednesday AM is ideal! They also get shipments on Fridays, but then you’re fighting the weekend crowds.
