It becomes a gateway to the mind, to our life force, to our nature and spirit. When people have an ability to connect to their bodies in this way- not from the perspective of “improving” or “fixing” but from a place of care, devotion and compassion- everything becomes clearer. Our relationships, our patterns…eventually our purpose seem to appear. It’s always been there of course, but piano removes the noise and clutter, so we can “see” and “hear”.
