The upper body armor started with a fail. We fitted the 3D model to Ralfs 3D scan but did not thought about how to put on this stiff neck/shoulder part. So we decided to cast the upper part of the back piece with flexible resin. This was not planned and took time we don’t have, but what would a massive costume project be without one or two big fails. This whole upper body part was so much work and it’s impossible to show everything in just 60 seconds. Again we are super thrilled how cool everything turned out, Ralf will look extra fancy in his golden armor.
