july’s patre🌹n mail 📬 out of sight, out of time, of out of memory – there is a secret conclave so still and quiet your slow heartbeat resounds within the space where you stand, a statue of awe yourself. great myths happened here, but so did unspeakable things, and so the powers that be passed their hands over the rosebushes to draw forth their wild growth, passed their hands over the minds of living things to erase all memory of this place. the spell was all-encompassing, its magic potent and impenetrable – but they missed a spot, a crack in the wall. and it was the crack you crawled through. now only one statue stands whole in this garden, whole but hidden behind a curtain of leaves. the air is silent with history and grief, but in her arms is cradled something strange, something new: the carefully woven nest of some unseen bird, who has deemed her hands safe for its home and the family it will have. and there, amongst the fallen statues of forgotten myths, cupped in her cold white palms and within those fragile shells… life begins anew. 🌹 If you’d like to receive July’s mail, just sign up at the l1nk in b10 before August 1st!
