If you watch my stories you know I also competed in Wellness at Pittsburgh Nationals and placed 2nd 🥈 in my class ☺️. Thankful I was able to compete at least once in this division. Gives me a chance to see if this division is for me and how I stack up to other wellness babes .As much as I love Womens Physique I also love Wellness 💕 both looks are strong yet feminine. . They have 2 very different looks though, the bikinis , poses and routines 🤯 are all so different. Thankful I took on the challenge to try both 🫶🏽. . Which one will I choose ? Only time will tell . Til then i will continue training just as I have . Whatever the division i still need LEGS and GLUTES and a little bit more 💪🏼muscle 😉 .
