You guys every time we eat, we get an insulin response. Insulin suppresses fat burning and encourages fat storage. Why would nutrition experts recommend doing this ALL the time? 🍌🍕🧁🍫🥨 The average person eats or drinks something (with sugar and calories) over 18 times a day! Think about that coworker that drinks soda or a sugary coffee drink all day.... #notideal The body needs time to rest and digest! We have many studies that show that our cellular powerhouses (mitochondria) heal and repair during times of fasting. I recommend eating 3 meals a day, prioritizing animal protein and fat, and eating whole food carbohydrates in relation to your health and goals. Did you used to snack all the time? I know I did!
