Here’s another post to celebrate a female entrepreneur! I visited at Austin Rotisserie at Fareground for lunch, and the meal was so fresh and flavorful. French owner Sophie Nathal and her husband Eric’s menu features Parisian comfort food, and especially focuses on French-style rotisserie chicken, the favorite food of Sophie’s hometown. The duo and their staff at Fareground were so kind, accommodating and talented. Austin Rotisserie’s chicken is tender with crispy skin, and their delicious sandwiches are served on freshly-baked baguettes made with dough flown in from France! They also serve classic French pastries, delicious soups, bone broths and sides. Sophie and Eric will be re-opening a second location in August at The Far Out Lounge in the form of a food truck!
