I love Cole and have always appreciated our deep convos and his openness to growth and sharing much in the way I operate also. I learned about Transcendental Meditation from an 18 year old intern @runklevision at Biz 3 almost two decades ago now and since this famous rapper and many others have learned about it from me and they pass it on and so on and so on. How fucking cool is that?! I love conversations like this between he and Kevin Hart because they are open and vulnerable but they are also taking place between two very famous men and their sharing can hit others listening who may not have ever thought about higher self and meditation or who aren’t able to openly communicate their fears and struggles. These kinds of convos that now get shared online 100% can help raise the consciousness of the planet. Pebbles like Cole references. I know why I’m here in this particular lifetime as I’ve been doing it and feeling it since I was a very little girl. It’s why I even stated my long time career of spreading the word on art and now for years I’ve merged my path with being a Coach and helping people alongside spreading tools, ideas and art to the masses and to individuals. Malcolm Gladwell calls those of us who do this spreaders, others might label as teachers, sharers, Coaches, gurus, messengers, whatever you want to call it. It’s just sharing what you understand and know to be true to help others have ease or awareness in their existence. Thank you to Cole and many others who were open to hearing about tools I love and thank you to the countless people who teach me daily with their knowledge and insights- I’m a student for life alongside being a teacher. The two exist simultaneously. More convos everyone. More sharing. Shit is crazy out there with talk of dictatorship, global boiling, etc so the more we can raise everyone’s consciousness one human at a time the better. Thanks @kevinhart4real @realcoleworld for taking the time to share for the world and hipping people to new ways to deal with common struggles. The internet harms us while also helping to teach us.
