The spring time breeze!….the weekend felt like spring was here, but of course that was short lived 😆…. . . I forget that some of you may be new and not realise I built our house as a full control owner builder. In short terms what a builder does for you, I did for us. I didn’t have a builder, I was the builder. In this room I hang all the Vj panelled walls, built the fireplace, installed the beams, painted, ran the electrical ( Hubby is an electrician) and obviously organised all materials, trades for frame work/window install - whole construction of the build, budgets, trades, my custom design….it’s beneficial owner building! I call this house my DIY house 😂… I’ll share a detail reel again in my stories explaining the journey/build of this home during the longest lockdown city in the world!
