the book of Ephesians was written by Paul in AD 60-62 to Christians in Ephesus. Paul wrote Ephesians from a prison in Rome. Ephesians mainly outlines about how to live for Jesus and to help encourage the reader in their spiritual walk. Paul starts the letter by giving praise to God, for He has blessed us with every spiritual blessing. We praise God for his grace and kindness. In only Him, we find eternal life. "Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose in advance and he makes everything work out according to his plan." Ephesians 1:11 Paul thanks God for the Ephesians' strong faith in Jesus. Paul prays that their hearts will be given spiritual wisdom so they may grow in the knowledge of God. Let's pray for one another, friends.
