Mt. Baldy ⛰️ For a while I did stop doing the things that I love, but thanks to some good friends and my mental Strength, here I am recovering my shape and running mountains again 🏃🏻‍♂️ Mt. Baldy has become my favorite hike! My goal is to do the Baldy Bowl trail in 2 hrs and a half. I am already at 2 hrs and 54 min, so I am on the good path. The hike is so beautiful and I can’t describe why and how, but Baldy creates an addiction and I am hooked already 😍 The mountain has some type of magic that creates a connection with you. From now on, the Sky is the limit! My only advice to the young people is to take care of their health since they are young. Your lifestyle when you are young, will determine how you will feel when you grow older. I was very lucky to have a mom and a dad who thought that learning how to eat healthy and having a healthy lifestyle was a big part of my education, so I don’t know how to be unhealthy as I have been healthy my entire life and my brain can’t process having an unhealthy lifestyle. Also, dont forget when you workout that your chest and biceps are very nice, but the muscle which keeps you alive, is your heart.
