How to Come Home To Yourself 💎 No matter what happened to you as a child, healing is possible. You are not a victim. You are a survivor, you have the power to heal and not be defined by it. For many many years this unhealed trauma kept me in shame and feeling powerless. After years of deep shadow and inner child healing I can now talk about it from a whole, empowered place because it no longer has power over me. Your shadow is most the embarrassing parts of yourself, the parts that you are most shameful about, the parts of you that you would never share with anyone. It’s the version of you that you repress, suppress, reject, project, silence and shame. Oftentimes it represents your inner child who was not protected, validated, heard, seen, or loved. It takes courage to face your unhealed trauma & deepest fears. But it’s when you can accept all parts of yourself - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful, your most authentic self can emerge. The shadow is where the gold is because most often it is where your purpose lies. Our darkest moments are here to be our biggest lessons. You can turn your pain into power. Your purpose is excavated when the light enters the shadow and it transmutes those dark moments into an offering/service you can share to help heal others. Your purpose is the GOLD - it’s unique to your life, your story, your lessons, your healing, and your transformation. That is alchemy. Are you ready to come home to yourself?
