Hi dear friends 😊 •MEDITERRANEAN SHAVED CUCUMBER SALAD• I may have over planted cucumbers in my garden this season. But that’s ok! Lots of great salads to be had. And this Mediterranean Shaved Cucumber salad is one of them. Made even more perfect with @lemonettedressings luscious Zesty Cumin Dressing. 🍋🥙🥒 . Get The Recipe 👇 8-10 Persian cukes sliced thinly lengthwise on a mandolin 1/2 red onion thinly sliced 2 roasted red peppers, chopped 1/4 cup black olives thinly sliced 6 oz. feta cheese crumbles ( or swap in some cumin roasted chickpeas to keep this #vegan) 2 TBSP fresh chopped parsley 1/4 cup Lemonette Zesty Cumin Dressing 6 whole wheat pockets or pitas. ~Combine all of the salad ingredients together. ~Toss with the dressing. ~Season with salt & pepper to taste. ~Serve as is or spoon into pockets or pitas with extra dressing on the side & enjoy! 😋 @healthy_food_tank #foodie #feelgoodfood #salad #cucumber #love #foodphotography #passion #organic #summersalad #summer #hi #friendship #healthysalad #healthyfoodshare #natural #Happiness #life #positivity #enjoy
