👑 Among the over 1000 items of Freddie Mercury’s being sold @sothebys in September are these 4 miniatures that hung in his home in the Garden Lodge: 3 Indian and one Persian, all acquired 6 months before his death in 1991. The top painting is an illustration from the ‘Third Akbarnama’, attributed to the Mughal artist Khem, circa 1595-1600.
