I’m always late on posting, but guess that’s a good thing because being present with family is always a priority. 😊 On August 4th, 2009; God gave us a premature baby angel, born 3 months sooner than his expected arrival date. …. and look at him now. ♥️ We’ve been told from doctors that preemies born at 24 weeks are at risk for health problems, and only about 1 in 3 survive. (1 day later and they wouldn’t have saved him) Look at us —— so blessed to have such a delightful, courteous, respectful young man to be our son. I could say a million great things about this dude - but I don’t want to sound too biased. Lol. Just know his mama will fight for him. 😊 If you know anyone who has experienced preterm labor, please share Jason’s #Micropreemie story with them so they can trust the power of a prayer. Even though it’s been 14 years, we still remember how scary it was for us, the day we became parents of a newborn preemie. Jason came into our lives and changed us in so many positive ways. He’s given us hope and taught us how to be patient parents. We love him so much. It’s not easy to be yourself in a world that believes #tiktok is the gospel, and IG stories equate to real life.
