The thoughts you entertain today will be the conversations you will be having next week, your actions of next month, the habits of next year, and your identity for the next decade, It all starts in the present moment, by the thoughts your awareness is nourishing right now, We usually engage involuntarily in whatever thought pops up, our mind takes us on a constant ride, from one thought to another, and we never take the time to pause and observe what's going on, Many people understand this superficially and they opt to implement new thoughts that they deem more beneficial and so they simply change the direction of this rollercoaster. (and that's positive thinking) But there is a way out of this rollercoaster, and that is to simply observe without any intention of changing the content of your awareness, neutral observation leads to unthinkable changes, It will bring you to the very root of our existence, And that's when any ties to your persona or old habits start dying, and your thoughts, words and action start sprouting from the freshness of the present moment, unbound by previous patterns or limitations.
