Some quick tri-tip action to get the week started off right! Picked up some Australian Wagyu tips from @carnesymariscosluis. Seasoned them up @grillin_with_dad’s new All Purpose Rub. Fired up the Mamalona with @jealousdevilcharcoal and did work! Hot and fast with a hard sear to finish them off. Topped the slices off with some @osmosalt pink flaky salt for the perfect bite! *Pro-tip* Monitor your temps! I use my @meatermade Meater to help me keep them in check, then pull them for the sear. Also, I like taking my Wagyu a few degrees past medium rare. 135-138°.
