#incredible To be honest I think I still don't realise how 2023 treated me so far😅 I think I still don't realise how life can be very incredible 😍 My whole life I've been working hard, if you know me, you know😉 From 🇫🇷/🇩🇿 to 🇦🇺 now 🇸🇬the road was hard A few days ago, #LesMillsLiveLosAngeles happened, and that was one of the most incredible moments I've experienced, one of the most authentic humanly and professionally. I've been meeting so many beautiful people there, enjoyed every part of it and I'll cherish this forever ! I can tell, shooting 3 programs is very tough mentally and physically (unless your name is @vilzkilz and you do 3 back to back, still feelin like a Super Sayajin😏 #inspiration ). Preppin everything with different time zones (hello 3am #illegaltime @erichsoares 😏), having to switch from an energy to another, working within just a few days to prepare and rehearse with so many talented people, you don't wanna disappoint the trust put within you. Starting doubting about your abilities and everything... Full disclosure I was TERRIFIED to teach the yoga warm up, HORRIFIED to be illegitimate around all these wonderful Yogis and experienced presenters. But they gave me sooo much confidence, so much love and support.. #BB102 team, you'll be forever in me! And when you're surrounded by beautiful souls like @kyliegatesfitness , @dianaarchermills @rachael_newsham @officialdancohen @gandalfarchermills , @arbreen , rely on your suppprting fam like @menothomas , @danniellelally_ @sebasjaramilloa , and surrounded by amazing peeps like @charlotteranque 🚀, @xeileen_p 🤍 @anthonyoxford_aj ✊🏽 and every single one I've been clicking to, it goes smoothly !! I wouldn't be doin any of this if my @lesmillsasiapacific team weren't there ! Every single one of you was sooooooo supportive. I have absolutely no word big enough to say thank you 🫶🏼 forever in my heart ♥️ And of course the right person in your life @rachou_rr 💓 Trust me, things happen by workin hard !
