C H I C K E N _ S H A M I K E B A B INGREDIENTS : ● chicken boneless = 1kg ● Daal channa = 1 cup( wash n soaked in water 20 mins) ● Onion = 2 ( chopped) ● ginger =1 medium pc ( peeled n washed) ● Garlic = 1 bunch ● Salt = as per taste but just a little ● shan shami kebab masala = 1 packet ● Crushed red chilli = 1tsp ● corinader = 1 bunch ● mint leaves = 1 bunch ● Green chillies = 4 to 5 ( as per taste) ● Egg = 1 RECIPE : ● IN a big vessel, add chicken, garlic, ginger , daal , salt , shan masala, chilli flakes, onion, 2 cups of water, and let it cook on low medium flame ● Once it's almost done, mix or bhoonify properly until water evaporates , Also, you can mash with Pestle. I have marble one, so while cooking, it becomes so soft that i didn't put in chopper actually😃 ● Let it get cool down, add in chopper to make keema and add mint leaves, coriander,green chopped chillies & one egg and mix properly and make kebabs. ● Freeze them n enjoy with daal, naan or bun kebabs with chatney If you ll over cook daal thy ll become soggy and start breaking out so please take care of cooking time..
