Notes from my journals.. across 14 yrs of life, gaining consciousness on romantic relationships.. of exploring the realms of intense passion, deep sorrow, addiction to suffering, and boundless love, I smile with infinite gratitude for all the darkness and the light that I walked through. Which note resonates the most with your own journey ? 📝👉🏽 The truth is as much as we do everything to move away from suffering, only the experiences, good and bad, creates consciousness. One can not generate new synapsis without actively walking through their lives. Relationship is the greatest gift of all - yet it is also the sphere that ignites the most intensity, pain and bliss, in our human experience.. The opportunity to surrender the ego to unity with other.. The opportunity to examine the parts of ourselves that are reflecting through the container of relationship. I send the youngest version of myself infinite loving compassion for all her sorrow and revert to her courage for continuously walking through the flame of relationships.
