AMERICAN BROWN BUTTER COOKIES 🍪🍫 La recette idéale, bien fondant au centre avec un léger gout de noisette 😍😍 Ingrédients : - 120g de beurre - 75g de sucre cassonade - 150g de vergeoise blonde - 1 oeuf entier - 1 gousse de vanille - 185g de farine T55 - 1/2 cc de bicarbonate de soude - 1 tablette de 100g de chocolat au lait - 1 tablette de 100g de chocolat noir - Une pincée de fleur de sel Faire chauffer le beurre à feu moyen jusqu’à ce qu’il brunisse et dégage une douce odeur de noisette, passez le au chinois et ajoutez le à la cassonade et la vergeoise. Mélangez puis ajoutez l’oeuf. Mélangez et ajoutez farine et bicarbonate. Taillez le chocolat en morceaux puis ajoutez le à la pâte! Faites des boules et faites cuire 9/10min à 190°.
