I was told many times ‘ you can’t ‘ build this house , straight to my face. I had the last laugh when I received my C.O.O and built a 46 square home in 23 weeks ( usually takes up to 12 months with this style home)… . I have had many DMs recently about OWNER BUILDER, if you’re new here I have owner built 3 homes and 12 kit homes for clients via a builder as a project manager. This house you see here is my first full control owner builder - this means I organised all materials direct from every supplier, I did not use a kit home. In summary everything you need to build a house I did, my custom design, I had to work out engineering issues and so on. I also did this during lockdown, massive material shortages and raising costs with Covid restrictions on site. I don’t recommend kit home builds anymore - waste of money.
