Try 3-4 sets 45 seconds per exercise 1) Deadlift > sumo squat (quads, glute maximus, hamstrings, biceps) 2) Around the world (deep core/superficial core, shoulders, biceps, glutes to stabilise) 3) reverse lunge with dumbbell pull through + hammer curl (glute medius/maximus/minimus, quads, calfs, biceps, core) 4) Tricep kickback to overhead press (triceps, shoulders, glutes, hamstrings, core) 5) Deep lunge + bent over row > plank (back, biceps, quads, glutes) Rest 45 - 60 seconds I used 8kg and 5kg dumbbells.
