It’s no secret that much of my life revolves around the world of curling. From the moment I stepped on the ice I instantly felt at home and found a sense of belonging that brought out a bold and seemingly extroverted side of me (even though deep down, I’m a total introvert). But there's another side of my journey that has required a different kind of courage—sharing my experiences online. Authentically sharing my story on social media has been a journey filled with many emotions, requiring some serious resilience to put myself out there. I never imagined it would take this much courage. Who knew? And although finding comfort on this platform didn’t come as naturally to me as finding comfort on the ice, I can now say I have found my footing on here, thanks to you.
