Knead until dough becomes a smooth ball. Let sit for 1.5-2 hours. Divide into 3 equal sized dough balls. Place each dough ball into an oiled container. Let sit for 1-2 hours before using (dough can also be placed in the refrigerator for up to 5 days). ⠀ When ready to use, dust your counter generously and roll out your dough. Then top dough with whatever you want (make some Roasted Red Peppers and toss them on top like I did. Add some sausage and make everyone’s dreams really come true). Then bake in a very hot oven!
