Good evening folks 😊 So firstly a massive thanks to Cover to Cover book shop in Penarth for another wonderful book signing👊. It was a sell out and I got to chat with so many people who have followed us! What should only take two hours always takes much longer as I’m a firm believer in giving people my time If they have made the effort to come and see us! Thank you all for coming it really was lush 😘 We loved walking the south and south west of England it was such a beautiful stretch of coastline! The best England has to offer in my eyes! What really made life incredibly difficult for us was so many restrictions on wild camping, fires and all around living outside! We found it so hard! All of those things are what Kate and I love about the great outdoors and adventure! I don’t mean campsites! Wild camping is our thing! And a great way to enjoy what nature has to offer. For that reason, after a brief discussion, Kate and I have decided for me to write my next book and enjoy the process back to Scotland where we are allowed to enjoy the simple and more adventurous way of living! The thought of writing next to a beautiful fire outside watching the sun go down while Jet and Magnus snore away in the tent, and Kate wild swims in the sea is so appealing I can’t begin to explain the excitement!! Jet and I have driven ahead of Kate and Magnus to source a place to stay! Tomorrow I shall be crossing the border back to Scotland where we left our hearts years ago!! For the next few months we shall take a break, discuss new adventures! Write a book and enjoy family time surrounded by mountains and the most beautiful landscapes the UK has to offer. Life is good my friends😁.
